Dentons Link Legal advised Ethos Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its rights issue of 22,77,250 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each (“Rights Equity Shares”), for cash at a price of ₹1,800.00 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of ₹1,790.00 per Rights Equity Share), aggregating to ₹40,990.50 lakhs, on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company (“Issue”). The Issue was conducted in terms of new framework for rights issue introduced under SEBI (ICDR) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
