Dentons Link Legal advised the Book Running Lead Managers namely; IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited in connection with the initial public offering of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited (“CIL”) and were conferred with Mini Ratna status in 2019. Further, in terms of its operations, it is one of the largest coal and mineral consultancy companies in India in terms 61.0% of market share in Fiscal 2025, in its proposed initial public offering of equity shares, comprising of an offer for sale of up to 107,100,000 equity shares by CIL.
