Wenger Vieli advised Verium on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the successful implementation of a Swiss continuation vehicle worth over CHF 130 million for the Sequotech group. As part of the transaction, Sagard Private Equity Solutions is participating as an institutional investor, while Verium investors and Sequotech employees will continue to benefit from Sequotech’s future growth.
Sequotech, with nine companies and more than 350 employees, is emerging as one of the leading IT services groups in the Swiss market. Since Verium’s investment in 2020, the group has grown significantly, both organically and through acquisitions, and has continuously expanded its market position. The entry of Sagard Private Equity Solutions marks the beginning of the group’s next phase of growth and provides significant additional capital for the implementation of future growth initiatives.
