Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of NIRLAB, a Swiss technology company in the field of narcotics detection, on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with the sale to 908 Devices.

NIRLAB is a Swiss company specializing in AI-powered and cloud-connected near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy solutions for narcotics detection. Founded in 2021 as a spin-off of the University of Lausanne, the company has developed a software that enables rapid chemical analysis of narcotics with a handheld device directly in the field.
