Wenger Vieli advised Redalpine, a major Swiss VC, in its co-investment in Flexion Robotics, a Zurich-based technology company developing the intelligence layer for next-generation humanoid and industrial robots, on all Swiss legal aspects related to its USD 50 million Series A financing round. Besides Redalpine, DST Global, nVentures (NVIDIA’s venture arm), Prosus Ventures and Moonfire participated in the financing round.
The investment will support Flexion in building adaptive, real-world intelligence for robots through reinforcement learning, advanced simulation and sim-to-real training — enabling robots to generalize across tasks, environments and form factors.
The team was led by Beat Speck (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Fabienne Nufer (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Giulia Meyer (Junior Lawyer).
