Wenger Vieli advised HOERBIGER, a global technology group specializing in performance-defining components for various industries, on its new syndicated term and revolving facilities agreement with a club of major international and domestic banks.

The main purpose of the facilities agreement is to finance Hoerbiger’s acquisition of Physik Instrumente (PI), which is globally renowned for its high precision motion and positioning solutions, including piezoelectric drives, linear actuators, rotary tables and multi axis systems.
