De Pardieu has advised Hines, a leading global real estate investment manager, on the acquisition of the property located 83 avenue Marceau in Paris, from Colonial SFL, a Pan-European real estate group.
83 avenue Marceau, located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris near the Arc de Triomphe, is a prime office building of nearly 10,000 sq.m which notably houses the French headquarters of Goldman Sachs.
This transaction, carried out on behalf of the Hines European Core Fund (HECF), forms part of Hines’ long-term investment strategy reflecting its continued conviction in high-quality, income-producing assets located in supply-constrained gateway markets.
Hines intends to actively manage the asset through its integrated operating platform, focusing on performance, sustainable value creation and occupier experience.
