De Pardieu has advised Tikehau Capital on the drafting and negotiation of the works contract entered into in connection with the “SkyCenter” project aimed at the restructuring of an office building into a real estate complex comprising multi-storey mixed-used business buildings located 27 avenue des Louvresses in Gennevilliers.
Tikehau Capital was assisted by Blossom Asset Management to lead this ambitious change-of-use real estate project. The transaction consists in converting 30,000 sq.m of office space – the former registered office of the Up Group (formerly Chèque Déjeuner) – into a real estate complex offering multi-storey mixed-used business buildings in an urban environment.
The rental marketing of the spaces has been jointly entrusted to BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE.
The works carried out by Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie started in May with project delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
