De Pardieu has advised the lenders on the entry of UI Investissement, independent player and pioneer in private equity, in the share capital of B. Durand Capital Partners, multi-family office, to accelerate its growth.
This primary LBO is structured around the founder and management team of B. Durand Capital Partners. Further to the transaction, UI Investissement will hold a minority stake in the company’s share capital with the aim of supporting its development in a rapidly evolving French and European wealth management market.
The lenders have made available to B. Durand Capital Partners an acquisition facility in a maximum principal amount of €10 million and a committed external growth facility of €5 million to finance the external growth transactions. B. Durand Capital Partners may also request that the lenders make available an uncommitted external growth facility in a maximum principal amount of €10 million.
