De Pardieu has advised the lenders under the RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) of the entities of the iQera Group, a French leader in the management and acquisition of receivables, on the accelerated safeguard proceedings opened on 23 December 2024 further to the execution of a lock-up agreement between the group, its shareholders and a majority of its creditors.
The transaction includes extending the maturity of the debt, reducing the financial debt through a partial conversion of the high yield bond debt into capital, and the acquisition of the iQera Group by a fund managed by Arrow Global, one of the leaders in this sector. The iQera Group is a major player in the management and collection of receivables on behalf of third parties in France and Italy. It employs more than 2,200 people (including around 1,000 in France) and generates a turnover of around €195 million.
