De Pardieu has advised the banking pool on the launching of Vinify, stemming from the alliance between Crédit Agricole, via IDIA Capital Investissement, SOFILARO and Grand Sud-Ouest Capital, as well as Bpifrance, with the entrepreneurs Grégoire Desmettre and Julien de Swaan, via their holding company GJ Vinify. This strategic alliance enables the acquisition of VITIVIN, Thierry Bergeon Embouteillage and Béarnais Embouteillage, thereby creating a leading player in mobile on-property wine bottling and the related services serving the French wine-growing industry.

As a result, the VINIFY group bottles nearly 60 million bottles a year on behalf of several thousand clients, including châteauxdomaines, private merchants and cooperative wineries. Through an active external growth strategy in France and abroad, the group intends to capitalize on the industrial and commercial synergies between the acquired companies to offer its customers a comprehensive bottling and complementary services package including wine treatment and filtration, supply of dry materials and storage.
