De Pardieu has advised Sefri-Cime and AXA IM on the sale of the “Alphabet” office building, located in Bois-Colombes (92), to CORUM Origin, SCPI dedicated to the CORUM group’ real estate investment.
Delivered in 2023 and benefiting from BREEAM Very Good, HQE High Performance and WiredScore Gold certifications, this new 20,481 sq.m office building has been developed by AXA IM Alts on behalf of its clients, with Sefri-Cime as delegated project owner (maître d’ouvrage délégué).
As the campus consists of two standalone buildings, this sale is in line with the earlier sale of the first building, acquired in 2023 by La Française REM and la Banque des Territoires and currently leased to Sagemcom.
Transferred in December 2025, the Alphabet building has an occupancy rate of 90% and is leased to top-tier tenants (Elior, Subsea 7 and Wolters Kluwer), with a firm residual term of 6.3 years.
