NRJ Group, a French private media group listed on Euronext Paris, and RMC-BFM, finalized on 30 September the sale by NRJ Group of its television channel Chérie 25 to RMC-BFM, owned by CMA Media, the media division of the CMA CGM group. The completion of the transaction was subject to approval by the French broadcasting regulatory authority Arcom (Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique), which also authorized the rebranding of the channel Chérie 25 as “RMC Life” effective as from 1st October.
