De Pardieu has advised the lenders, La Banque Postale and Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence, on the financing of the partnership contract signed on 24 July 2025 between Grand Port Maritime de Marseille – responsible for operating, managing and promoting the Marseille port facilities in Fos-sur-Mer, and Persée, a special-purpose vehicle created by Eiffage, a French construction and concessions group.

Valued at €120 million, the project covers the demolition of the current headquarters of Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM) and the financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance and major upkeep/renewal of the new headquarters and adjacent public areas. The project also includes a real estate development program pertaining to the refurbishment of the so-called “J0” hall which, upon delivery, will feature office buildings, a port center, a museum space, an auditorium and retail and restaurant areas developing a floor area of approximately 16,000 sq.m.
