LCL and Crédit Agricole Assurances finalized on 30 April the joint acquisition of the Milleis Group, thereby representing the successful conclusion of exclusive negotiations initiated with AnaCap in the summer of 2025. The transaction has been structured around the acquisition by LCL of the entire Milleis Group, comprising Milleis Banque and its subsidiaries, followed by the immediate sale of the insurance company Milleis Vie to Crédit Agricole Assurances.
This transaction is fully in line with the medium-term strategic plan, ACT 2028, of Crédit Agricole S.A. and strengthens the position of LCL in the private wealth market. The Milleis Group, the third-largest independent private bank in France, serves nearly 64,000 client families and represents €13 billion in assets under management. Its brands and distribution network are being preserved, ensuring the continuity of its model and recognized expertise.
