De Pardieu has advised CIC Private Debt, a subsidiary of La Française group, asset management platform of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, on a mezzanine financing supporting the acquisition of DK Architectes, a leading French architecture firm specializing in data centers design, by the Kardham Group, an independent and integrated player in the professional real estate market.
This non-dilutive mezzanine financing arranged and subscribed by CIC Private Debt and implemented with the assistance of Adviso Partners supports the external growth strategy of the Kardham Group while responding to the exponential increase in data storage and processing requirements.
This transaction takes place in a context of accelerated growth of the sector in France, at the heart of digital transition. In just a few years, France has become the sixth-largest country worldwide by number of data centers, with 322 facilities across the territory and national capacity expected to triple over the next ten years.
This financing will enable the Group to accelerate its investments in France and Europe and to further deploy its strategy centered around its real estate and digital expertise
