De Pardieu has advised a pool of banks led by Société Générale and La Banque Postale on the refinancing of the acquisition of the Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées hotel by Kai Yuan Holdings Limited.

In 2014, Kai Yuan Holdings acquired the Marriott Champs-Élysées hotel in Paris, sold by ADIA for €344 million. The Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées hotel, the only five-star hotel on the Champs-Élysées Avenue, has 192 rooms and suites, conference rooms, several restaurants and a fitness center.

The hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation of its rooms and suites combining Art Nouveau and Art Deco with a modern design, while respecting the history of this prestigious address, home to the luxurious Maison Louis Vuitton from 1914 to 1954.
