A Single Bench of the Bombay High Court has recently reserved its verdict in a 9 (nine) year old suit, Taher Fakhruddin Saheb v. Mufaddal Burhanuddin Saifuddin, initiated for declaration of title of leadership over the Dawoodi Bohra community across the world.
