CTF Services HK$850 Million 2.80% Convertible Bonds due 2027

Conyers advised CTF Services Limited (“CTF Services”) in connection with the issue of HK$850 million 2.80% convertible bonds. The bonds, due 2027 and listed on the Vienna MTF, are convertible into ordinary shares.

The principal activities of CTF Services (HK stock code: 659) and its subsidiaries consist of roads, insurance, construction, logistics and facilities management.
