Santiváñez Abogados is proud to announce that we have been awarded the legal advisory contract for Proinversión’s transmission, power generation, and hydrocarbons projects. This achievement reinforces our longstanding and successful track record as external legal counsel to this key government agency.
In 2025, this award will allow us to advise on eight (8) transmission line projects with a total investment of US$ 557 million:
- Four Group 1 projects (US$ 232 million investment): Will benefit 1.6 million inhabitants.
- Four Group 3 projects (US$ 234 million investment): Will enhance energy supply for 2.3 million people in Apurímac, Arequipa, Lima, and Puno.
These new projects add to our strong portfolio of public-private partnership initiatives, including the Ilo Desalination Plant IPC and the Massification of Natural Gas Use project in Arequipa, Moquegua, and Tacna.
