Gustavo has more than 15 years of experience advising local and international companies on investment, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international trade, startups, infrastructure, and strategic projects in El Salvador and the region. His track record includes providing ongoing counsel to companies on expansion processes, corporate structuring, contract negotiation, acquisitions, and high-impact transactions.
