CLIN. New Investment in Zippedi. Follow-on
1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos represented CLIN in a new investment (follow-on) in Zippedi, a startup which purpose is to sell to third parties information obtained directly from images of products in gondolas, located in rooms of retail establishments, captured through autonomous vehicles (robots).
Our venture capital team represented CLIN in the investment structure analysis and execution and in the review of all of the related documents. CLIN is subject to the rules of the program for venture capital investment funds - early stages funds (FT) - of the Chilean Production Promotion Corporation (“CORFO”), therefore we had to define the most efficient investment structure considering CORFOS´s special rules.
