Conyers advised China Hongqiao Group Limited (a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands) (“China Hongqiao”) as issuer and China Hongqiao Investment Limited (a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) as one of the subsidiary guarantors in connection with China Hongqiao’s issue of US$300 million 1.50% Convertible Bonds due 2030 and concurrent share repurchase by China Hongqiao.

China Hongqiao (HKEx stock code: 1378) and its subsidiaries are a leading large-scale aluminium product manufacturer based in China.
