CCA Law Firm has just strengthen its Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Patents team with the addition of the consultant Tito Rendas, professor at the Portuguese Catholic University.
Tito Rendas is a Guest Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, where he is completing his PhD. He has been a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Munich) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard University and the Catholic Global School of Law.
As a jurisconsult, he has been working in the fields of intellectual property and personal data protection and has provided advice to technology companies, telecom operators and rights holders. As an academic, he has participated in conferences and seminars at the European Parliament, at Yale University, at the University of Cape Town, among many other institutions, and his research work has been published in leading international scientific journals.
