CBS Desarrollo y Rentas SpA (“CBS”) real estate project.
1. Deal description
Guerrero Olivos assisted local real estate developer CBS in the development, financing, structuring and negotiation of a real estate project located in the borough of Maipú.
We rendered legal counseling to CBS in order to acquire the real estate property from the Ferrada Family, and to partner up with construction company Ingevec, and one of the 10 most relevant Chilean economic groups, Angelini Group, to develop a real estate project in the site. The project consists in a residential building and commercial strip center and supermarket to be developed in the site.
The acquisition was financed by Banco Santander –Chile.
