Persephone joined the firm in 2015 from Allen & Overy LLP. She advises on a range of disputes, including media, commercial, international and intellectual property. Persephone has an in-depth understanding of coordinating reputation management matters for high-profile and ultra and high net worth individuals, encompassing the full suite of defamation, privacy and breach of confidence, harassment and data protection. Persephone has a particular interest in social media and online harms issues.

She has been involved in a variety of complex and high-profile media and international cases, as well as a number of anonymised and highly sensitive privacy, harassment and blackmail and cross-jurisdictional disputes. She acts for celebrities in sport and entertainment, Members of Parliament and CEOs, as well as charities, companies and trustees.


Persephone is highlighted as a recommended lawyer in the key legal directories Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and is reported as ‘outstanding’, in her field, “approachable, friendly” and dealing with matters “effectively and sensitively” for her clients.
