Bondoc și Asociații SCA provided legal assistance to Mehiläinen Oy, the largest healthcare and social care provider in Finland (controlled by the investment fund CVC Capital Partners) in the acquisition process of Regina Maria, a leading private healthcare provider in Romania, as well as with respect to certain aspects pertaining to the acquisition of MediGroup, a leading private healthcare provider in Serbia.
