BDB are pleased to announce the appointment of commercial property lawyer, Jenny Dorricott, as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Team. Jenny returns to Bircham Dyson Bell, where she trained, from Shoosmiths.
Jenny has a wealth of experience advising on acquisitions and disposals of multiple land interests, with particular expertise acting on major projects and acquisition by compulsory purchase – an area of property law for which Bircham Dyson Bell has a market leading reputation. Jenny has a diverse client base, including developers, landlords and portfolio holders.
Bircham Dyson Bell’s Real Estate Team has an unrivalled understanding of commercial property matters and advises a wide range of high profile clients. The firm has the largest specialist planning and infrastructure team in the UK and acts for two-thirds of transport projects under the Planning Act 2008 regime.
