Bernitsas Law advised Aktor Group of Companies in successfully obtaining phase 1 merger clearance from the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) in relation to the acquisition of Aktor Concessions. The acquisition will add Aktor Concession’s motorway and parking assets in the Group’s broader PPP and concession portfolio and will enhance its overall presence in Greek infrastructure projects.
