Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to the international and domestic Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issuance and offering by the Public Power Corporation SA (PPC) of €775m aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior green notes due 2030 (the Notes). The Notes will be listed on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on its Global Exchange Market.
