Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to Morgan Stanley Europe SE and the rest of the Managers in connection with Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings SA’s issuance and offering of €500m Fixed Rate Reset Additional Tier 1 Perpetual Contingent Temporary Write-Down Notes (the Notes) listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
