Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries SA (MOH) in connection with the successful issuance and offering to institutional investors pursuant to a bookbuilding process of €400m aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior Notes due 2026. The transaction was settled on 19 July 2021 and the notes were listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
