Bernitsas acted as Greek Law counsel to Vivartia Group in connection with an up to €150m common secured bond loan issued by Vivartia Holdings Single Member SA. The bond loan was subscribed for by Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank and Eurobank, with Piraeus Bank as the bondholder agent and facility agent.
