Bernitsas acted as Greek law counsel to Piraeus Bank as original bondholder and bondholder agent in connection with two secured bond loans up to the aggregate amount of €35m issued by ETVA VIPE, the largest operator of Business Parks in Greece.
The financing will be used by ETVA VIPE for the bridge financing of the capital expenditure for the upgrade of 14 Business Parks and Industrial Parks in the context of the act 'New Industrial Parks' included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0.
