We acted as Greek law counsel to Hoist Finance S.à r.l. (acting for its compartment Hoist Finance Europe), a subsidiary of Hoist Finance AB (publ), as purchaser in connection with a secondary sale and transfer of a portfolio of primarily non-performing unsecured loans (River Portfolio) from Asopus LP.
The loans in the River Portfolio were originally acquired by Asopus LP from National Bank of Greece in 2019 (Mirror Portfolio).
