Bernitsas advised Aktor Group of Companies in connection with its inaugural issuance and offering to the public in Greece of €140m principal amount of bonds due 2030 (the Bonds), as well as the listing of the Bonds on the Fixed Income Securities Market of the Athens Exchange.
The total valid demand expressed from investors that participated in the public offering was €440.7m, resulting in an oversubscription of the issue by 3.15 times. 53.6% of the Bonds was allocated to retail investors and 46.4% to qualified investors.
