Beccar Varela advises BST in its role as trustee in connection with BID Invest’s financing to Plaza

Beccar Varela advised BST Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. in its role as collateral agent and trustee in connection with the financing granted by BID Invest to Plaza Logística S.R.L.

The financing, for up to USD 100 million, will enable Plaza Logística to acquire land, develop new logistics parks, expand and upgrade existing warehouses, and co-finance strategic capital investments, supporting the growing demand for efficient infrastructure linked to e-commerce and last-mile distribution in Argentina.
