B P Collins has advised Grove Court Properties (Beaconsfield) Limited (Grove Court), on its sale of Farnham Common Developments Limited, to an institutional investor. Grove Court is a property investment company with a number of commercial premises in the local area. The buyer has a large portfolio of luxury care homes in a range of locations across London and the home counties.
