HOUSTON – AZA name partner Todd Mensing was once again named to Lawdragon’s list of The 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Environmental Lawyers

Mr. Mensing, who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, was honored for the fourth year for his work in environmental litigation. His environmental litigation experience includes defending a midstream energy company in a $100 million contamination suit brought by the state of New Jersey; defending the same company against the commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a $50 million MTBE contamination suit; defending a downstream energy company in a $100 million contamination suit; and achieving a walk-away settlement for a midstream company in a $30 million indemnity dispute related to wetlands contamination.
