Berlin, Munich, 15 January 2025 – Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has provided comprehensive regulatory advice to Munich-based Tangany GmbH in connection with its partnership with online broker flatexDEGIRO AG. The aim of this collaboration is to establish a leading platform for cryptocurrency trading in Germany. 


Within the collaboration, Tangany, as a regulated crypto custodian, manages the secure storage of cryptocurrencies traded on Flatex. The partnership began in mid-December 2024 with an initial offering of 20 cryptocurrencies and is being progressively expanded.

Senior Associate Kemal Ahmedi and Annerton Partner Frank Müller provided Tangany with legal support during the negotiation and drafting of the agreement.
