Anne Lise graduated from the University of Bergen in 2006 and has worked in Wiersholm since 2018. Anne Lise has long experience within capital markets transactions and M&A across a broad spectrum of industries. She focuses on counseling listed companies, including IPOs and listings on the Oslo Stock Exchange/Euronext Growth, and equity capital markets transactions, as well as M&A involving listed companies. Anne Lise also regularly advises Norwegian and international private equity and venture capital companies and private companies in M&A transactions. In addition, Anne Lise advises investors, boards of directors and listed clients on securities law, company law, governance and sustainability issues. She sits on several nomination committees of listed companies and is one of the founders of Styrelisten, an initiative for diversity and equality on Norwegian boards. Anne Lise was ranked “Rising Star” by The Legal 500 and “Associate to Watch” by Chambers Europe within capital markets.
