On 19 April 2023, Tsit Wing International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 2119) (“Tsit Wing”), a well-known food and beverage services brand, and its controlling shareholder completed a share transfer with Dah Chong Hong Food International Holdings Limited (“DCH”), a subsidiary of CITIC Limited (SEHK: 0267) in respect of acquiring a stake in Tsit Wing, which involves a sum of approximately HK$130 million. The partner of AnJie Broad CFN Team in Hong Kong (Ms. Bowie Fung) led her team comprising Ms. Winnie Lui (Associate) and Ms. Elle Hau (Trainee Solicitor) and advised Tsit Wing in the successful completion of this transaction.
Going forward, by introducing DCH as a strategic investor and leveraging the competitive advantages, extensive business network and solid expertise of DCH Group, Tsit Wing hopes to strengthen and expand its business foundations in mainland China. It is hoped that the overall income and profitability of Tsit Wing Group shall then be enhanced and thereby creating positive value for the shareholders.
