Amphlett Lissimore is delighted to announce the promotion of Alice Brett and Tracey Cassidy to Partnership, effective from Monday 1 June 2026.

These appointments recognise their significant contributions to the firm and its clients and reflect Amphlett Lissimore’s continued commitment to developing talented lawyers who share its core values of clear advice, professionalism and supportive client care.

Alice Brett Appointed Partner, Family Law

Alice Brett, who joined Amphlett Lissimore in 2024, has been promoted to Partner in recognition of her outstanding work within the Family Law team and her consistent focus on achieving positive, constructive outcomes for clients.

A Law Society Family Law Accredited Solicitor, Alice is known for her pragmatic and solution-focused approach. She works closely with clients to resolve family disputes in a way that minimises conflict and supports long-term stability. Her expertise spans divorce, financial settlements and private children matters.

Alice’s work has also been recognised externally, with her inclusion as a key lawyer in the Legal 500-ranked Family Law team.

Tracey Cassidy Appointed Partner and Head of Children Law

Tracey Cassidy joins the Partnership alongside her role as Head of Children Law, following her arrival at the firm in July 2025.

With over 18 years’ experience specialising in family and children law, Tracey is a Law Society Children Panel-accredited solicitor, recognised for her expertise in complex and sensitive cases. She represents children directly or via their Cafcass Guardian in both public and private law proceedings, bringing a calm, authoritative and compassionate approach to her work.

Since joining the firm, Tracey has made a significant impact, strengthening the Children Law team and enhancing the support provided to vulnerable children and families.

Tracey said:
