Alcogal acted as Panamanian local counsel to Alicorp in connection with the acquisition of Flora Food Group’s spreads business, as part of a multi‑jurisdictional transaction across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The firm advised on all Panamanian law aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence and support through execution, working closely with international counsel to coordinate the local workstream.
