Aequo has advised Dragon Capital Investments Limited, a member of Dragon Capital group of companies, on Pyramid Shopping Mall acquisition. The transaction was performed by purchasing from a group of American and British investors 100% of shares in 1849-Apollo Overseas I Limited (Cyprus), the founder of Atlantic-Pacific Ventures LLC (Kyiv), being the formed the owner of the shopping mall. The parties agreed to keep the deal value confidential.

Pyramid is one of the most successfully operated shopping malls in Kyiv. Built in Kyiv’s Darnytsia district in 2004, Pyramid has 16,000 square meters of total space and a leasable area of 12,600 square meters.

Aequo lawyers performed legal due diligence of the target, elaborated the transaction structure, negotiated and drafted transaction documents, as well as assisted with the completion procedure.
