Aequo advised Vodafone Ukraine PrJSC in seeking approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in respect of the intended no-compete arrangements and acquisition by it of control over Farlep-Invest PrJSC (the Vega brand) and Cable TV-Finance LLC.
The objective of the acquisition by Vodafone Ukraine of the said companies is to further develop its telecommunications business, in particular, the services of landline telephone communications.
