Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, advised Singapore National Olympic Council on various ambush marketing issues relating to the 2024 Paris Olympics. Numerous brands attempted to profit off on the Olympic hype by including Paris Olympic logos and related references into their own advertising campaigns. In line with its obligations under the Olympic Charter, the Singapore National Olympic Council was required to take action to prevent such misuse of the Olympic marks.
