Guerrero Olivos advised the structuring institutions and the syndicate of banks in the rescheduling of loans of the Manuka Group for approximately CLP$160 billion, including debt redenominations, novations and rescheduling, as well as prepayments and disbursements of new funds. This operation also included the lifting of existing mortgages and the constitution of new mortgages on real estate and water rights, including the study of titles on 140 properties and 70 water rights. Our financing team was in charge of the loan documentation, and our real estate and water rights teams were in charge of studying the titles to the real estate and water rights, respectively.
