Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas in Lima advised Camposol S.A., as borrower, in the obtention of a US$ 120 million syndicated loan granted by BBVA Peru and Scotiabank Peru. The credit agreement was signed on December 10, 2025.
The loan proceeds will be used by Camposol to refinance its existing debt, including the tender offer of bonds issued on the international markets.
The transaction is secured by a joint and several corporate guarantee granted by Camposol Holding.
