We are delighted to announce that we assisted Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, in acquiring a 34% minority stake in consumer electronics and household appliances retailer B.TECH from Africa-focused investment firm Development Partners International (DPI).
